About Us

Corey Pepero, Owner of 716 Fresh
My name is Corey Pepero, and I am the owner and founder of 716 Fresh. I am also a Physical Therapist Assistant and Personal Trainer, with an educational background focused on health, fitness, and nutrition.
From an Idea to 716 Fresh
The idea for 716 Fresh began while I was in college completing a triple major in the health and nutrition field. Between long days, late nights, work, and school, I had very little time to prepare healthy meals—let alone sit down and enjoy them.
I saw the same challenge among many of my clients and patients. Busy work schedules and family responsibilities often left little time to focus on proper nutrition. Through my education and experience, I understood how important healthy eating is, but I also realized that it needed to be practical, affordable, and convenient.
The day after I graduated, 716 Fresh was born.
My goal was to create healthy, affordable meal options that would save people time without sacrificing quality. Today, our team prepares meals designed to make life easier for individuals and families throughout Western New York.
We want to give you more time for the people and activities that matter most while we take care of the cooking. Whether you are working toward a specific health goal or simply looking for convenient meals your family can enjoy, our team is here to support you.
Growing With Our Community
Since opening in 2016, 716 Fresh has grown from a small commissary kitchen in Orchard Park into a business serving customers throughout Western New York.
As we have grown, our commitment to the community has remained at the center of everything we do. We are proud to work with local farms and businesses and to use local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
Sustainability has also been important to us from the beginning. We continue to recycle as many meal containers as possible and look for responsible ways to reduce waste throughout our operation.
716 Fresh was created to make eating well more convenient, approachable, and enjoyable. After 10 years in business, I remain grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and help make busy lives a little easier.
